Carta de recomendación de Vaughan Systems sobre Marina:

Madrid, January 18th, 2010
Regarding: Clara Marina Molares Garza

To whom it may concern,
Vaughan Systems is the number one corporate language consultancy firm in Spain.  We specialize in teaching languages to corporate personnel – from middle-management up to top executive level – at over 300 companies, both Spanish and multi-national. In addition, we provide premium quality classes to over 10,000 university students, through the auspices of the Spanish Ministry of Education, per year as well as private clients and young learners.

Marina Molares was a valued member of our teaching staff from October 2005 to September 2006 (Marina left of her own accord to pursue further career opportunities), gaining a reputation for high standards of teaching within a very short space of time.

Her responsibilities not only included teaching top executives, but also planning, designing and structuring the course content and ensuring student satisfaction.  In each of these she proved herself to be very competent.  She always met deadlines and was unerringly conscientious in realizing her objectives and ensuring client satisfaction. Her professional consistency and pedagogical excellence resulted in very positive feedback from her students and she was successful with students from beginner to advanced level.

Marina also specialized in teaching young learners through our Club Junior department and taught in both residential and non-residential environments where she also monitored students. Her students regularly commented on how creative her teaching style was and her bi-lingual (English and Spanish) skills were put to good use when communicating with students and parents.

Marina is already, and will undoubtedly continue to be, a very good teacher. She possesses the following qualities, all of which I consider to be essential in a good teacher:  patience, spontaneity, flexibility, a strong stand-point on discipline, a responsible attitude and dedication. Marina made her students work very hard but, at the same time, they thoroughly enjoyed her classes.

Personally, Marina is an affable, courteous, responsible individual.
She has our recommendation,
